This is a holiday voucher which can be used for a Holiday at Java Rain Resorts at a future date.
This is valid till 31st March 2023. In case the voucher is not utilized due to extended Lockdown additional 6 months validity will be given.
There are certain Blackout dates where this voucher will not be applicable. Those dates are as Follows: 14th to 17th Oct’2021/ 1st to 8th Nov 2021 / 23rd Dec 2021 to 2nd Jan 2022 / 1st to 31st May 2022 / 1st to 9th Nov 2022/ 20th to 30th Nov 2022/ 20th Dec 2022 to 2nd Jan 2023
The voucher is completely Flexible, and can will allow dates changes anytime during this period. Any change before 5 days of check in won’t be charged. In case of any cancellation before 5 days of check-in only 15% of the voucher value will be deducted and balance voucher can be used.
In case of any cancellation for Lockdown announcement or in case someone becomes Covid Positive in the family, booking will be postponed without any charge.
